Special Spring Tutorial Sessions on Applied Statistics
As the honours thesis review season starts, Acadia Statistical Consulting Centre (Centre) will offer their Special Spring Tutorial Sessions on Applied Statistics to help out any statistical problems arising from Acadia faculty members and students research, or when you need the second opinion about your data analysis.
Our Centre offers a number of services, including
- Designing and evaluating experiments and sampling schemes
- Conducting exploratory data analysis
- Advising on the choice of statistical methods
- Assisting in the interpretation and presentation of statistical results, including Computer output (R/S-plus, SAS, SPSS, Minitab, Mathematica, etc.)
- Seminars
- Workshops
It is a one-to-one tutorial. The time of the tutorials is Monday afternoon by appointment only. Other time slots are also possible upon requested.
